I enjoyed it. I really liked the world set-up, and the magic/tech balance, and all of that sort of thing. Also, I particularly enjoy the Weaver. It was so very sad, though.

But - the sequel is about pirates! The Scar, it's titled. And, yes. The Weaver was very cool.
