One week left until the Longest Night Ball!
So, you know, if you were gonna get your tickets in advance, now would be a good time. :)

Also, I need a few more volunteers! I particularly need people willing to help wrangle food - this is a mostly "show up in the kitchen and move food out to the buffet table" sort of job, as pretty much everything will be pre-prepared. Any takers?

• Sign arkhamrefugee's contract for photos
  
• Make bid sheets for the silent auction
  
• Collect the rest of the silent auction stuff
  
• Call John about vending
  
• Make signs for silent auction, photography action, sodas for sale, vendors, etc.
  
• Make welcome sign for reg table
  
• Pick up Gaia brochures for reg table
  
• Find a few stray volunteers
  
• Make food: frosted grapes and fruit turnovers
  
• Buy shoes
  
• Check-in with DJ and lightonthesill
  
• Make floral arrangement for reg table
  
• Pick up sodas
  
• Pick up change banks for sales
  
• Remember all the things I forgot to put on the list so far, and do them

I have a friend in Lawrence who may want to carpool. He's sans car at them moment but is trying to get his date to drive. :-)
