In other news, after a conversation in which too many in-jokes were shared to allow proper explanation, triadruid said to me this morning, "He's just mad because you wouldn't be his minion."
And I spoke, saying, "I'm not his minion. I *have* minions."
And he said, "Do you?"
I was forced to admit that I did not know if I had any minions or not. Therefore, I ask you:

I haven't voted yet, but can you act as someone's minions, while having minions and activities of your own?

For example, for the bad cupid flaunt, I would say I was acting as your minion, but I'm not sure that actually makes me a minion.

If you were to visit Pittsburgh, and collectively we decided to annex the local diner under my flag (yes, I have one!), you'd probably be acting as my minion, so is it possible to have a mutually minioning relationship?

Ok, though I'll admit that some days you can't tell the players without a scorecard. I suppose it would be good to know who is minioning whom at which moment.
Would an org chart be best for that, or would it look like some sort of incestuous family tree.

You know, there's no reason that minions can't have their own minions...

If I were writing my own answers instead of checking off a little radio boxes, I don't think I'd use the phrase "hell no!", and would probably involve some elements of "can i be a part-time minion" and "depends, what does minioning entail?"

I would, for instance, very likely be pleased to bring you chocolate and fan your fabulous self upon request. Some of the time, if I felt like it... Not quite a minion, but I make a hell of cabana boy when I choose to =)

But a minion who chooses his own days on and off is a pretty crap minion, so I'll have to stand by "no".

No, I imagine you can have fairly complicated minion/master arrangements. I think Evil Inc has a strip about rent-a-minion, even.

I imagine a heirachical structure, but I can just imagine the evil that can be done under a matrixed organizational structure. But then you would need a ticketing system so that minions without a direct master could ensure that evil plans are completed and not dropped.
