Step Three: Fix wall, paint
Step Four: Tear out remaining basement carpet
Step Five: Replace carpet
Step Six: Obtain couch
Step Seven: Watch movies in our own home, like we live there, or something!

We have some water issues too, which is why the wall needs fixed. Nothing like you guys' water table fun, though. Actually, when I moved here, I was astonished at the prospect of a basement, we don't have them in Florida either, for the same reason.
