Dear Unconscious:
Please be reminded that according to the Geneva Convention, nightmares are permitted to only contain one (1) of the following themes:
1) Protagonist causes everything zie touches to disintegrate/turn to shit
2) Protagonist tries to hold on to things but is unable to
3) Life would be better if protagonist did not exist
4) Protagonist has made an irredeemable error and must watch alternate timeline footage of how it would have gone had the error not been made
4a) It is intimated that error is not irredeemable, but can be undone if protagonist is willing to destroy everything within a five-mile radius.
4b) It is intimated that the error is not a one-time occurrence, but in fact is the same error which protagonist makes over and over again.
Be aware that last night's entry was in severe violation. Any further infraction of the one-theme rule will result in dissolution of your entire department.
Thank you,
Will
P.S. The talking dog was all right, though.
Also, I woke up this morning with an unlikely desire to get pierced in some obnoxious way. Don't know what that's about.

Date: 2005-12-14 05:35 pm (UTC)I'll keep the description short and sweet:
I was dead. I was watching what happened to my family after I was dead. I watched how the world changed upon my death. I watched how the weave of the universe itself was effected by the cutting of my thread. I watched an un-named deity floss their teeth with my thread and promptly throw it into a wastebasket once they were done.
Needless to say, according to my subcon...I'm not really important, but a tool to clean one's divine teeth with.
Go figure on what the hell that means.
P.S. Pierced in an obnoxious way? Exactly what kind of desire is that? Better yet, what obnoxious way would you be referring to?

Date: 2005-12-14 06:11 pm (UTC)Also, piercings: I normally don't care for them. I mean, they're not a turn-off, but (with the exception of the tongue piercing, which I am all about) not really a turn-on either. And I certainly don't want them, as a rule. I don't even wear jewelry in the ones I have now. But for some reason this morning, getting pierced seemed like a really good idea. Lips, tongue, eyebrows, bars that go from one bit of the ear to the other bit, the corset rings that go up the back, all sorts of things. Don't know why. It seems to be fading, though.
