But I'm reasonable about it, over half the country votes red, and it is conceivable that if a vote went up to make homosexuality a felony, it might actually pass based on democratic majority. So while there is some oppression, it could certainly be a lot worse.

Date: 2005-07-29 05:09 am (UTC)Honestly, I do believe "4VULVA" would not pass as a vanity plate. A LOT of stuff doesn't. I seem to recall some debate because "BUSH" was deemed dirty prior to them running for office... so IM4BUSH or IEATBUSH etc. made things like VT4BUSH harder to have passed.
