This is a no shit, real conversation I just had.

Coworker: Is a ferret a cat or a dog?
Me: Neither. A ferret is a ferret.
Coworker: But is it more like a cat, or more like a dog?
Me: It's not like a cat or a dog. It's like a ferret. They're probably rodents, or some other such thing which is neither a cat nor a dog.
Coworker: Who the hell cares about ferrets anyway?
Me: Um....ferret owners?

It just lends a different direction, a bit more flavour to one's daily hallucinations.

Yes, most of me at least. I'm currently at work in SoDo.
I'm be leaving soon, after I abort these orders and get the workflow to continue. Well, leaving but still staying in Seattle proper...

Two more questions.

Do you tipple?
Do you ever make it to Capitol Hill?

1. I don't know, I've never read Tippling. (apologies if the joke is too obscure)

2. Yes, I do, sometimes.

Do you ever make it to the Grind at the WetSpot?

1. No, I'm familiar with the gag. And aren't you the jungle boy?!

2. I propose that you and I should meet sometime over a beer (or your beverage of choice), and plot how to get Featherynscale to Seattle.

Never heard of it. Sounds like the sort of place I'd remember.

Seattle

It's on the list. Sadly, I only manage a few places on the list a year these days. I need a job where I can travel. (Or, you know, to win the lottery or something. Yeah, that would work.)

So, may I ask where on the list it is? I know it's not an easy place to get to at times.

Someone once accused me of being pushy and forward. I asked them what their point was.

I've been known to brachiate...

Beverage of choice sounds good. I'm much more available for lunch like activities than evening things. Where do you work?
Shall we plan this on her journal or let her have her journal back?

If you wanted to know more about the 'Spot, you can go here. It's one of the reasons that many of my evenings are occupied. It's nice being in a city with a Sex Positive Community Center. Dancing without worrying about how much clothes I can take and and with no worries about smoke is excellent.
