featherynscaleJust got preliminary info on SPiRaL 2003... It's not till October, but just seeing the email in my inbox announcing the dates makes me happy. And reminds me that there's still plenty of time to assemble all the stuff I need in order to go, and to get a good price on plane tickets to Atlanta.
And, since it's in October instead of September this year, I'll actually get to go to a Fall Equinox ritual, which I haven't been able to do in a while.
I need to start doing research on the theme, too. This is a week-long gathering that every year focuses on one of the Major Arcana, and this year we've arrived at the Judgment of the Aeon. Tarot having never been my area of study, really, I'm learning the cards one year at a time, I think. This one looks scary on the face of it, but I think it's a trial-and-transformation card, like Death, but on the next higher cycle. I don't know though - like I said, this isn't my area.
Exciting though. Nice to find something in my inbox that isn't about war, politics, or loss of liberties.
