Flaunt!

Santa Flaunt went somewhat better than expected - 16 Santas, a monkey and a Not-so-Virgin Mary showed up to participate in the festivities. Note to self for future flauntage: Go somewhere other than Westport. The bar density there is good, but the number of bars willing to let 15-20 drunken costumed freaks in with no cover, not so good. Monkeys were stolen, bells were jingled, and a good time was generally had by all, in spite of the fact that, like in all good Christmas stories, there was generally no room at the inn.

The flaunt itself was followed, apparently, by a middle-school-grade slumber party in the Den of Iniquity, highlighted by Brian tormenting zylch with the time-honored "I'm not touching you" game known to big brothers everywhere, and getting decked for his efforts. All this, however, is hearsay, as I'd dragged my sorry inebriated ass to bed before it happened.

Heroes all, in any case. There are several leftover santa bits at EHQ, notably a couple of red-and-black hats, so if the santas wish to reclaim them, they should come by and get them.

ok see, you was sleeping looking all passed out with your hand above your head. i saw an empty beer bottle just inches from your hand so i walked over you to the bottle, sat down in the chair behind you and very gently placed the bottle in your hand so it would be a great photo op. but before we could get the camera ready you tossed the bottle out of your hand and looked around for the person who touched you. but i never touched you. sadly no photo.

Ah. I didn't remember the bottle part of that, just the waking up puzzled.
