I have some new shiny things in my Etsy shop. Also, after years of using etsy, I've recently realized that they have a little flash widget that shows off your stuff on other sites. So, here's a preview:

Your pictures are lovely! The jewelry is beautiful too, but you have it presented in interesting, appealing ways as well.

Thanks! It's one of those cases where limitations define and maybe even enhance. I don't have any good indoor lighting for photography, so have to use strong sunlight, and I don't have any jewelry displays, so I shoot with various stuff I have laying around the house as backdrops. So, I shoot on fabric, books, boxes, the wood of my back porch, the concrete on my driveway, the tile in my foyer, and the necks of people who just happen to be at my house. I'm really digging the faux-gator chest that's supporting the black and copper bracelet up there; I didn't think of using it that way until the very end of my shoot for this set of stuff, but will certainly use it that way again.
