Reading the replies from the earlier post about my name, I realize that the last sentence should read something more like "What name do you think I should have?" as opposed to "If you have a name for me..." as people seem to be taking that to mean "what do you call me?", which isn't what I'm going for at all.

I find that somewhat amusing. To me, you will always be Kim. Kind of like, when I'm speaking to or about Elvendrums, I make a concerted effort to refer to them by their actual names, rather than their Elf names. Unless at Faire, when we are all in character. I deal plenty in unreality ... there needs to be an anchor somewhere.
