Very Sad.

So yesterday, when it was cold and crappy and rained all day, I formulated a plan. I have a lot of vacation time, and I was thinking I'd just find a spot on the calendar where I had a few free days together, and take some time off and go somewhere warm. Nothing big, just go hang out somewhere warm and pleasant for a few days.

Examining the calendar, however, I discover that I will not have enough free days in a row to go anywhere until well after the point of the year at which it will begin to be warm *here*. Gah. Seriously.

I'm still thinking I might take a day or two off from work some time in the next few weeks, though. Can't really go anywhere, but maybe just being off from work would be good.

you are always welcome to my couch and theoretically (after a 15-20 minute walk (a pleasant one), i'm near public transportation to downtown b-more. or you could remain on the couch and my dog would simply sit next to you and asked to be petted periodically. anyway... just an offer. sometimes there are cheap deals between kc and here... do with this as you wish. =)
