Re: #2, you didn't specify that I get to veto folks in the pool. I'm willing to flirt with nearly anyone but I'd need to be able to say, "No, not that person," in at least some ways.
Given some oversight, I'd be fine with such a scheme, but not with just anyone in the pool.
