Mostly. I've been staying below the horizon for some time:
a) To avoid being an easy target.
b) To try and get my head together.
c) To decide what I really need to do next.

I've decided to call DARPA and talk to them about my Vortex Cannon design to see if they have an engineering team I can work with to develop a prototype for military use. We'll see what happens next. If I vanish suddenly and you find police tape across my door, just assume that I have been taken into 'Protective Custody' for National Defense reasons and that I am not actually dead. Or something like that. Wish me luck.
