Nope. Underwear outside the pants is no good, so there's no danger there. Capes, capes are iffy. Good for the opera, not so good for anything else. Goggles, though, I'm in favor of, and I will occasionally insist that people wear eye makeup.
I know its not makeup but my eyes crackle with an interdiemensonal eldritch flame (depending on which optic power i'm using... Phantom Vision, Zen Vision, Incidenary Sight) ... does that count?
