They don't mention exactly who is causing the DDOS, but I'm inclined to believe that it's the fascist bastards who first began hounding LJ about the pedophiles. LJ worked fine for a while after the purge and once LJ said they're reinstating some journals, the performance went down the tubes again.

It's pretty much impossible to determine who's causing a DDOS other than someone actually claiming responsibility. And even then they could be lying.

Personally I doubt that Warriors For Innocence (or whatever they (she?) are called) is up to the task of a DDOS.
