which is more dangerous

It can't be the elephant. My high school physics teacher proved to us that women are more dangerous than elephants.

I must admit I was torn on that last question between Stephen and B.A. I finally chose Stephen purely because B.A. is so easily knocked out.

I chose a rhinoceros because I love rhinos. Whether they'd really be more dangerous I deemed irrelevant to their awesomeness, and I apologize for turning your legitimate question into a popularity contest.

In fact, I now want to see 300 simply because you said there were rhinos in it.

Gonna go see 300 at the IMAX on Thursday...

Qualification:
All knowledge is worth having. But some knowledge is only worth a little, and certainly a lot less than other bits of knowledge. So one certainly expects there to be many things that people aren't terribly concerned about knowing.

That's fair.

We thought about it, but the IMAX show was a lot later and twice the price. It's big enough and over-the-top enough on the regular-size movie screen.

Because this was a really serious question.

Also, there is only one rhino in it, and only for a short time, but it was hellishly impressive for those few moments of raging glory.

That is a fact I had not considered.

There's some punch line to that which will subtly annoy me, isn't there? :-P

I thought it was just to do with the PSI of stiletto heels vs elephant trotters?

In which case, an average-sized drag queen would be much more dangerous than an average-sized woman?

Vaguely related to the "most dangerous" question: I know the "Big 5" when it comes to dangerous animals to try and kill on safari are (from a Kenyan safari guide):

- Lion
- Leopard
- Elephant
- Rhino
- Water Buffalo

Those are in no particular order. They are considered as dangerous as they are because they stand a very good chance of killing the hunter before the hunter can kill them, even when the hunter has a modern weapon appropriate for the game type. This is due to either difficulty in hitting a vital organ, speed, general bad-ass attitude, and/or a stubborn refusal to die on the part of the animal.

I would agree with that...

mmm Stubborn refusal to die. I rather a big fan of that quality. Can I change my answer?

Actually, it was showing how much pressure an elephant's foot put on the ground versus a high heel. Because the elephant foot is broader, it actually places less pressure than a woman's shoe would. Hence, women are more dangerous than elephants.
