I just snorted warm sage tea through my nose.

Oddly enough, that has made my head feel better.

I'm thinking of taking it up as a regular practice.

Maybe. I wasn't intending to experiment with this one, actually. Just some of you Lj-kids are funnier than is safe to read while drinking tea. Still, positive results. And there's some merit in my estimation to the idea of taking caffeine through the nose...
