We're back! Did you miss us?

[livejournal.com profile] kittenpants, [livejournal.com profile] triadruid and I spent the last week in Key West, almost completely without wires (would have been completely completely without wires, but [livejournal.com profile] kittenpants wanted to try a new bread recipe, which she had to go to an internet cafe to look up). I've backread a teensy tiny bit, but not much, so if anything really important happened in your journal, or anything that you want commentary on, might you be so kind as to drop us a link?

I'll have a post about the trip later, possibly with pictures. I say possibly because once again I have entered the season of concentrated entropy towards technological devices, and my digital camera died mid-photo at the Key West Butterfly Conservatory. I'll see if I can revive it later today.

EDIT: Also,

When there's no more room in hell, the featherynscale will walk the earth.

Here's the most amusing thing...

As Pratchett fans, y'all might be interested in the link to SkyOne's recent production of Hogfather that I posted a few days ago. It was actually pretty good -- Susan's deadpan the whole damn way through is great -- and it even features TP himself in a cameo as the toymaker at the very end. Utterly worthwhile way of wasting a few hours, if you're looking to relax.

Yes, we sure did!

Key Largo is my all time favorite destination, but Key West is definately a great place - I'm more the SCUBA bum type, then hang out on the beach type.

Glad you had a great time!

Missed you, yes!

The hightlights:
--My advocate-group kazoo band playing "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" before break.
--54-oatmeal cookie offering at Wild Hare Yule.
--Mincemeat tarts.
--Nancy Kassebaum and Howard Baker bring cranberry bread.
--Gary S. has a nice arse.

That's the sort of holiday it's been. Glad you're home.

Can I post about somebody else's journal? I'm just getting around to back reading today and the thing that gave me the most laughter was diermuid's post on female masturbation
