Where's the fun in that? I suppose you just have to wonder. But isn't even wondering an attempt? Not a scientific attempt, however you could use the powers of rationalization, and then the attempt would be slight, but an attempt nonetheless.

Nah, I make a blanket assumption that the contents of all anonymous posts are true of a selection of people on my list, or maybe even people who aren't on my list at all, and that I would never be able to figure them out even if I wanted to. And then I go on with my day :)
