Well, that was unlikely
Oct. 12th, 2006 03:15 pmSubmitted for your approval: Today, I sauntered back to the microwave to cook my packaged lunch-food-substitute, a rice noodle bowl, and found that the damned rice noodle bowl was moldy. I mean, rice noodles. How mold could grow on dry rice noodles, I do not understand. There's barely enough nutrient value to count them as food, and they're, you know, dry. So I blinked, hoping that would change the picture quality, went "Ew." and pitched the bowl.
I then headed back to my office to grab my wallet and go down the road for some fresher food, and lo, discovered I had left my wallet at home. Doom. So I called
triadruid, who came over with a Wendy's chicken sandwich for me. That is love, I tell you. Who else would take time out of their busy day to feed me when I am stupid?
Also, apparently, it's Aleister Crowley's birthday today. It also happens to be my stepdad's birthday. I guess Crowley sucked all the juju out of the date. On the other hand, I'm sending my dad a copy of Super Troopers for his birthday, whereas Uncle Al gets nothing but good will. That's what you get for being dead, Uncle Al, and beyond the reciept of stupid comedy films.
