Speakin' of white queen stuff. If you're able to lure me into Dragon*Con next year, what do you think of dressing up as Mercy & Severity? It could be fun to see who wants to ride the lightning path, and who gets QBLH jokes. :)

No way is the white safer at all...just more familiar. You asked which I'd want to be and that's my answer, is all.

When I dedicated myself, I didn't know what I was doing, lo those many years ago. :) This time, we'd maybe be aspecting but certainly not bargaining for another three-year Fun Ride.

As for Accidental Invocations, well. The whole point is that one doesn't see it coming. Just looking to mitigate risk a bit. (shrug) It's only theoretical at this point anyway.

Hell. I'm not letting anything possess me in front of that many people, not unless I'm also going to be walking around tethered to a very large rock. Or perhaps a Rock Troll. I can barely keep my damned head together at Con as it is. Not sharing headspace with anybody, not even small powers, and especially not that sort of Large Impersonal Force.

I think we are saying much the same thing here, just with different vocabulary and levels of certainty. I feel no need to get forceful about the issue, since I'm concentrating on NOT GOING to Dragon*Con. (grin)
