It must be doing a google image search and returning the results. That would, then, be the only image google can find that is tagged "kemetic unorthodox rat screw". I think the one of the two guys in the bar is what it returned for "fucking magicians". Some things, it couldn't manage anything at all for; "gnomish contraptions", for instance.
