As it happened, I lost the bet with [livejournal.com profile] triadruid, and ended up in my obscene bikini at [livejournal.com profile] starwyse's party. This seemed to go over reasonably well. (Quoth [livejournal.com profile] beowulphx, "You lost, everybody else won.") Good times, I expect. The party was really lovely, and it was nice to see that whole crowd again. Happily, I remembered to ask [livejournal.com profile] niveus_tigris about making me some sword frogs, but unhappily, I didn't remember to do this until I was somewhat on the inebriated side, so unsure if that got adequately communicated/remembered. [livejournal.com profile] radcliffe wore a lovely kimono/corset combination that was stunning enough to make me think about wanting to wear a dress, which never happens, really. I utterly failed to process who [livejournal.com profile] akaashben was, and so did not get to talk to him, which made me sad. But I did get to see [livejournal.com profile] teross50 again, which was full of happy; I'm delighted he's back in town. Also of note, more lovely boys should plop themselves down in front of me and demand to be petted. That Did Not Suck.

Sunday, we failed to get up in time to do Interfaith Adventures. This probably had something to do with the fact that we didn't get home from the party until almost 4 a.m. So maybe next week we can pull it together to do that. We mostly made it to Gaia, although I took the afternoon off from spiritual growth to run errands. Apparently, in the ritual, the gods talked to everybody and were generally helpful. I opted for the somewhat more material advancement of getting some cables so that we could network everything in the home office together. Some days that sort of thing seems like a better bet.

Personally, I have seen no concrete evidence that [livejournal.com profile] teross50 is back in town. I've been searching for this evidence, but I'm still very skeptical towards this reality.

I hope that was him. Otherwise, other Terry-looking fellow that I don't know was biting my arse. Not that there's necessarily anything wrong with that, but it is the sort of thing one likes to know about in advance.

Yes, an alt-Terry ass-biter loose around town could be a dangerous thing.

Just think of the trouble that T and alt-T could get into if they met. No women or Scotch would be safe in a 60-mile radius. :)

I don't think that there are any. Which is fine by me -- For reference, my usual kit is long pants and a shirt with as much sleeve as I can stand in the weather (for this latest spell of 100-degree crap, I have actually worn a couple of cap-sleeve tees, and even a tank top once). I'm not good at wandering around showing a lot of skin. So the idea that someone might document said wandering around unclothed seems like sort of a bad idea to me.

I actually didn't see anybody taking pictures at the party at all. Which seems odd, in a way.

I apologize for assuming you wanted to see pics of my tits. :)

Hahahah!

If that was the case, I would have uttered the old New Orleans standby "Show your tits!"

It just sounded like there were some great outfits there.

I will happily admit to wanting precisely that.

You are more than welcome to share them in private, if you are less than eager to post them in a public forum.

Then again, I don't really need pictures of generous skin sharing in order to lust after you. I lust juuuuust fine as you are. Smoochies!

Hee. You just love me for my obscure hobbies...

We chatted very briefly... I complimented you on your shirt. :)

No worries, though... I'm sure there will be more opportunities in the future.

Damn that was a good party.

Now that you mention it, I think I was only partly drunk when we talked about making leathery stuff. I need to remake the frog for my rapier soon, and make a holster for my pirate pistol...no reason why we can't do this together. [livejournal.com profile] zylch also has some leathery stuff to do, so perhaps we'll call a craft day and then turn it into a party when the leathery bits are done! We could even watch some more Mythbusters! You know you want to. Yeah.

There was a great deal of groping, biting, kissing, petting and general inebriated bliss. In my not-so-humble opinion...that's how a party should be. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] starwyse for hosting and being cheerfully playful!

Yay! Talking someone into making me stuff that I don't know how to make is good; learning to make stuff myself is better! Can we find a day to do that this month?
