- Haircut (very soon)

- Office decor (green, teal, or copper. Also could use some prints to hang)

- An article on Robert Anton Wilson pitched to the teeming masses.
- An essay/book chapter on personalizing myth.
- An essay/chapter on creating a policy on public ritual for pagan groups.
- Descriptions for kittenpants' pictures.
- Tolkien noir.
- Gunslinger/Priscilla, Queen of the Desert fanfic.
- A letter to my daughter, who has recently converted to Christianity and stopped speaking to me.
- The pie-throwing incident of Macon County, 1918.
- A news story about an outbreak in the metro.
- Something about a quantum dandelion.
- A new take on faeries/Faerie.

That's the brilliant thing! It doesn't need to be meaningful or relevant to anything at all to have somebody write about it. In fact, those things may be better documented than the big important things. I love that.

Also, sleeping on the porch is quite out of the question in this weather. I certainly get to keep the bed, I'm just concerned that noone will want to share it with me. You know, you can wear a wig in real life if your buzzjob looks awful but not so much in bed...

...it could also be more like having someone new and exotic in bed and all the while maintain the same comfort that accompanies being with someone you've cherished for years.

Unless you just can't stay away from the hair pulling. You weren't, as I recall, but I suppose if one of your thirds is then you wouldn't have allowed this thread to go on al long as it has.

Also- consider all the times someone has accidentally gotten tangled up in it, pulled it, or it's fallen down in your face & kept you from being as effective at doing something you had your mind on. Merits love, merits.

In the hair-pulling arena, I prefer to be the puller (although I don't mind being the pullee), so I don't think that's a big issue.

These are my concerns, in order of importance:
1. Nobody will want to fuck me.
2. In the winter, my head will freeze.
3. Someone at my place of employment will get shirty about it.
4. My hats will look stupid on.

I'm pretty sure that 1 is not as big a deal as I might think, but the other three are pretty valid.

1. I seriously doubt that'll happen.
2. A reason to find really nifty new headgear.
3. In most places I've worked HR also just happened to be the EO liason. It's your hair. Eff 'em.
