May. 15th, 2006 02:16 pmI was just walking down the street to pick up something for lunch, when I passed by the window of a local florist's shop, and saw a big tabby cat curled up asleep in their front window. I immediately decided that if I needed flowers locally, I would give them a try.
Now, all the advertising and sales calls and whatnot in the world are highly unlikely to make me want to buy from anyone in particular. But the presence of a shop pet? That seems to do the trick immediately. *shrug*

Date: 2006-05-16 03:09 am (UTC)Oddly enough, I was in a nurse's office today. She's got her own clinic & keeps at least one of her two dogs there too. They're not in the exam rooms, but as they're well behaved hounds they have the run of the rest of the place.
