My friend with the cats seems to have figured out a way to game the system and keep all of them. Kitties are no longer in danger, as she is getting some sort of cat hobbyist license. Thanks much for the offer of kitty sanctuary, but they're fine where they are now, apparently.

That's really good news.

Although it's wierd that I told the boys (cats) yesterday that I had a feeling we weren't having any long-term guests...psychic skills kicking in I guess.

What's a cat hobbyist license?

I'm not entirely certain what the purpose of the license is, but essentially it would increase the number of kitties she could have on the premises. This is through Jackson County.

There usually is. It's just the finding it, and the being able to take advantage of it that's difficult.
