Fun and games with small children

Last night, I went over to saffronhare's house for a ritual planning meeting. When I got there, Saff and L (another lady from Gaia) were in the office, and the smaller Princesses were frolicking in the living room.
Princess Sticky led me down the hall. When we arrived at the office door, she said, "Mommy, another girl's here." And then, she paused, looked up at me and said, "You *are* a girl?"
And I said, "No, not really", to which she replied, "Okay", and toddled off to cause havoc somewhere else.

At least somebody gets it. :)

I'm really working on not taking things in a bad way today. I had my one allotted Not Thinking Well of Self/Others moment before I got out of bed this morning, so I've gotta be on top of this cornerstone thing for the rest of the day, I'm thinking.
