Yeah, I think it's fair to say that's gotten out of hand.

I've often dealt with a surplus of opportunities to have a good time by imagining that in an alternate universe, an alternate me is doing the things that the current-universe me has chosen not to do. This keeps me from getting bummed out about the things I'm missing, and often prevents me from trying to cram too many things into a single weekend, or whatnot.

However.

This weekend was still overly full. In fact, although I'm pretty sure I know what alternate-universe me did on Friday night, I can't recall what I actually did. I think that's a bad sign.

See, that's the most horrifying part. I have a vague feeling that we might have had sex. But I'm not sure if that's true or not. Maybe we played Diablo. I am 99% percent certain that both of those things happened this weekend, but I can't remember precisely when.

I think it's time to start sleeping more, or going to less meetings, or something. I think I'm getting old.

My alternate universe Becky sleeps a lot. She lives somewhere very quiet.. and she sleeps, a lot. When not sleeping she stars in porn movies, but mostly she sleeps, and doesn't live in an apartment.

When I was young, as in before Jim, I pretty much lived in fantasy. My mother would see me reading or daydreaming and yell at me about it, but fantasy was so much better than reality. After Jim and the boys, I guess I didn't need the fantasy life all that much, my real one was so much better. So mostly I daydream about getting bills paid off, or sleeping (I'm pretty much reduced to "tree pretty, fire bad" lately when it comes to sleep, or lack of it)

Heh. Sadly, though, alternate Kimberly is roughly the same size and shape as actual Kimberly (Kimberly Prime?), and therefore is careful to remember not to take her clothes off in front of people, unless they all already like her a great deal and are therefore unlikely to be offended or disgusted.

Alternate me is a microbiology lab monkey (doing much what chaosdruid does) who is working for the CDC and has no friends as she did not get involved in Speech therefore not being as social as this version of me. This would also include the willingness of myself to have my tits appreciated by more than just myself. A puritanical me, if you will.
