1. If Barbie Co wanted to style their next fashion doll after you. What's her name, what's her physique (does not have to be your own physique), what's the sales pitch?
That would be fantastic. Of course, she'd be an action figure, not a doll, but who needs to split hairs? :) Her name would be Fiona (since that's at the top of the list of things I'd change my name to, except our clan already has a Fiona). She'd be built like Barbie, except you'd take several inches off the height and add them to the width. To be made after me, she should sort of look like the dwarven Marilyn Monroe. She'd have short red hair, and come with a plain black 3/4 sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and red velvet combat boots. She'd also come with tattoo stickers you could stick on. Other outfits and accessories you could buy for Fiona would include: nasty ratty black loose-knit sweater with giant holes in (comes with red velvet tank top), footie pajamas with stars and moons on them, Ren Faire wench garb in green and black, striped over-the-knee socks in various colors, pirate garb with tricorn hat, and trademark golden apple t-shirt.

2. You're part of the team re-vamping the corporate handbook. Because this endeavor has been such a suck-ass job, each member of the team is allowed to make one small rule, subject to group approval of course. What's your rule?
Give vacation time to employees in their first year (I got so screwed by that lack this year).

3. Guess what? Your team is so impressed with your rule that two of the other six members are letting you have their freebie. Let's hear two more.
Shift work hours to 8:30-5:30 (Currently 8-5), and make the office dress code 'casual' instead of 'business casual' (no customers ever come in here, and even if they did, they're all people who run auto shops! Their work clothes often involve overalls. There's no reason to dress up in the automotive industry).

At what point did you realize that polyamory was your path?
I'm not certain. It's really been more of an experiment. My first relationship was open (but with Serious Commitment only to the boyfriend), and that seemed to go well. The next major one was strictly monogamous, and that didn't go so well at all. This is my third, and it's the first where I've had commitment to multiple partners. This also has been easiest to maintain and most pleasant. So I think I'll stick with it.

What do you do for others that you wish was done for you more often?
I don't know. I really don't feel like I lack for anything. There are some things I do for others that I wish they'd do for themselves more often, but I don't think that's the same thing. If anything, I'd say there are a lot of things that people do for me that I should be doing for them more often.
