Spent yesterday sitting out at the ampitheatre at Theis Park, doing Agamemnon rehearsal. There's an unforgiving lot of white, dazzling, reflective concrete out there, and between that and my white, dazzling, reflective skintone, I was bound to be crispified today. And lo, I am reddened and in pain. Ouch. Grumble. Ouch.

Noczema is a good thing.
So is aloe vera gel.

This from the boy that has worked nights before and then was out all day on July 4th building a deck. That night my back was cracklin' crispy fun.
