In general, I'm opposed to adware, spyware, and anything that installs itself on one's machine without one's permission and makes itself difficult to find in order to remove. However, the clinging parasite I have on this machine just did something funny: it's a search bar sort of an apparatus, and links to ads about the things you search for. Since I don't use it, it generally seems to display ads about singles sites, iraqi cards, and PDA software, but it occasionally harvests my google searches and tries to match that.
So I just googled for Implied Regurgitation, a lovely little site that sells cartoon speech bubble stickers that read "I threw up." for application to ads, cartoons, magazine pictures, etc., which I think is pretty funny. So the search bar parasite picked that up and is now offering me links to regurgitation and vomiting.
The sound you do not hear is the sound of an office worker's snickers being absorbed by cubicle walls and covered by white noise generators.
