Note: This poll serves no purpose other than to satisfy my curiosity. It asks questions about hypothetical situations in which there is sexual activity. It should not be taken to represent my attitudes about your sexual activity, or any desire on my part to involve you in my sexual activity. I'm just curious.



Imagine, if you will, that you are sitting on the couch, vegging, watching a film. Two (or more) people of differing sexes come into the room, sit down next to you on the couch (it might be a very big couch). Assume that these are people that you like. They then decide to have sex on the couch (assume that there is room for them to do this without touching you).

For the one person coming in and starting masturbating, I'd consider that an invitation. I would assume they would see me there....and consider there to be....an implied intent in that action.

For the other 3, I wouldn't automatically assume it's an invitation, I would ask, because when I watch a movie, I tend to be pretty quiet (unless it's one of those movies). Because of that I would not want to assume that they either did or did not know I was there already. God knows I've been oblivious in that kind of situation before, just that....there turned out to not be other people around. :D
