In other news, if I were offered a chance to recieve a minor superpower of my choice, I'd pick the ability to know when people are hitting on me.

Minor superpower? Hmmm, does a 8" tongue count?

Only useful in very specific situations, so yeah, it's minor. Of course, the Board of Superpower Arbitration (which is to say, me) would probably let this one pass anyway.
