Feb. 26th, 2008 10:18 amYesterday, I learned how to make blackened fish. I'm *this much* closer to being totally self-sufficient. *G* (Or at least, I can strike one more thing off the list of things I have to pay someone else to do for me.) It was damned tasty, too.
