I'm not sure what to think about this...

Last night, around midnight, just about 5 minutes after triadruid went up to go to bed, a smell of really good whiskey manifested itself in my room. Not in a strength suggestive of a glass of whiskey being poured, but more in a strength suggestive of a glass being poured *on me*. It lingered for about 3 minutes, then was gone. The whole thing was very odd.

Santa Claus came round today and left me a bottle of Chardonnay... in a nifty black satin bag embroidered with phoenixes.
As enamored as I am with wrapping material of all sorts, I'm particularly fond of wine bags. They're often lovely and I want to use them for other things, but sadly, I don't have a whole lot of things that are long and cylindrical that need storage. I think this one is about the right size to keep my incense in though. Yay!
