I did it with SmartMorph (freeware), and touched it up (removed frames, changed timing) with Adobe ImageReady.

ImageReady kinda bugged me, though - for some reason it kept removing white from the palette when saving, which is why those chest feathers are green instead of white. I wish I could figure out how to make it not do that, but I'm not so good with color management.
