Went in to work this morning, only to get laid off. Does this whole city work on the Sprint model?

Anyhow, if anybody knows of any interesting openings in the KC area, I'd appreciate hearing about them.

Also, yeah, matchgirl42, this means I'm not going to make it down in December. Feh.

Thanks for the offer - I'm looking for something office-manager-ish, or exec. assistant sorts of things.

Or, really, anything interesting that will allow me to work inside and make decent money. I'm pretty flexible about this employment stuff.

Thanks for the suggestion! I always check them when I'm looking. Nothing that I qualify for this week, but I may go ahead and apply for a couple of the things I don't qualify for, just to see. All they can do is ignore me imperiously, right?
