Life's Little Defeats

Not so much the good so far today... I'm starting a list of things that nobody should have to do, ever. Here's what I've got so far:

- have nightmares about *someone else's* wedding.
- fail at drinking hot coffee so as to introduce the substance to one's lung.
- trip over one's own sandal and re-bang-up the already banged-up knee.

Blef. Grumblefuck. Fner.

In addition, the boss keeps calling in and having one of the other girls go outside and talk to her on their cellphones. That's just weird.

AND... It's Siren Testing Day. I want to go home.

As for that cellphone thing, amuse yourself and think up a lurid affair story as an explanation as to why they are talking in that manner.

Oh, I do. It's my general rule that if people won't tell me the real story then I get to make up my own.

Make sure your story involves a video camera so there is the potential for uploading to the web and destruction of careers, theirs, not yours. Hee hee hee!
