That suits me. I don't care who people vote for, it just bothers the hell out of me that people don't vote. I've given some thought myself to the Write In Your Own Name (http://www.gunsanddope.com) movement...
I Also Heard An Idea I Liked. A Straight Two Party Ticket. However, There IS A Third Vote Of 'No.' If The 'No' Vote Wins, Then Both Candidates Aren't Allowed To Run Again, And Two New Candidates Are Put Up To Vote For.
Take a damned long time to elect anybody like that. During which time you'd be stuck with the last one you voted in. I like the option to bar candidates from running in the future, but I think that's more a measure of my personal bastardy than sound political theory.
Hmmm... I don't know that we've actually MET face to face (though you seem rather familiar), but I will say that I am actually too tall for backseat sex. Unless it was in, say, one of those big, 1970s conversion vans.
Damn. I guess I'm never going to manage to have sex in a car (this is sort of a running joke for me).
(Actually, I don't think we have met, though I'm fairly crap with faces, so maybe. I've been to a few affairs at the Charlesworth Hostile, and a book club games night, but that's the limit of my intersection with what I tend to think of as the rougewench circle.)
