In other, other news, apparently we only have two weeks left until Dragon*Con. Behold my alarm.
I still need to:
- Ask kittenpants about the van and whether or not it can carry the Storied Bed-frame back to Kansas City (I'll tell you if you ask, but you'll need some time to listen.)
- Call Mom, tell her about the van situation. Also, ask her where to meet her on Monday after Con. I think it will help if I have a suggestion prepared for this.
- Get maps to: Where Brian lives, where Ash lives, Con hotels, where to meet jackbabalon23 for dinner on Thursday (it would also probably help if I talked to him about that again, i.e. see if he still has that in his brain)
- Make skirt and top for Promethea outfit (triadruid seems to have sorted out the tech for the top, yay!)
- Glue pinback to sun-face pin for Promethea outfit
- Pick up leathers for Promethea outfit from niveus_tigris, and pay him for same.
- Make caduceus wand for Promethea outfit (and stop carrying around the snakes in my car. Eventually, someone *will* ask.)
- Gild nosering (don't ask.)
- Make coin-and-chain assembly for Athan Miere outfit
- Make scent-box necklace for Athan Miere outfit
- Make seagull stamp for Athan Miere pants, stamp pattern on pants
- Find red sash for Athan Miere outfit, make sure that will work with pants, if not, find/make new long sash
- Sort out what shoes go with that outfit. Are any shoes necessary?
- Design clan marks.
- Pick up pirate garb from niveus_tigris' house
- Try on pirate garb, make sure it still fits. If not, panic!
- Go through costume closet, start to pack relevant pieces
- Talk to Foehelm, find out where to pick up parade ribbons for pirates
- Wait patiently for grid, OMG.
- Make PIF gift for matchgirl42
