If I don't take my meds, I get tired and depressed. Therefore, if I am tired and depressed, I should look into the question of when the last time I had a pill was. In this particular case, I'm thinking it was sometime last week.
Bleh.

Also, today's KC Star headline reads "Militants Threaten Marine", not "Mutants Threaten Marine".

That is all.

That's what happens when you let psychic vampires nibble your neck!

Um, let me try that again.

Take your meds! On schedule! Be boring and routine about it. You can be wild and crazy with other parts of your life.

Errr, wha?

Speaking of meds...

See what you miss when you are off napping?

Although I see your point ... hmmm ... perhaps it's time for me to up the voltage on my do-it-yourself electro-shock treatments, eh?

Shock treatmen

Oh honey, I'm sure you don't have to do your own ECT - I'm sure that we could find somebody who's willing to run that for you... :-P

Well, after this weekend I can think of at least one person who I think would like to apply enough electical juice to light me up like an airport landing strip ...

So if it is all just the same, I'd like to keep my hands on the controls for a while.

Who'd you piss off, and is the story good?

I think he meant that he was going to try and think of something else to say, not that he was going to try to bite me again.

I could be wrong.

Never let it be said that my verbal (or written) meanderings are intended to be taken only one way ...

I am informed that I was caught napping while he was biting you, hence my confusion.

Not that I have any meds to be off of to excuse this, just a long, full weekend...

If you were napping while I was being bitten, then I was being bitten in my sleep, since I was napping while you were napping.
That's a little creepy for me, thanks.

Well, I believe you were nibbled while [livejournal.com profile] triadruid was still upstairs ... perhaps he was working on characters or being masseused, rather than napping ... my sense of time is always a bit distorted, so recreating a sequence of events is often difficult for me ...

Do you find it irritating when people verbify nouns?

I can't remember.

I tend to butcher English for amusement value ... words are so much fun to play with.

Sometimes. Sometimes I interpret that as playfulness, sometimes as intellectual laziness.

I often engage in wordfuckery because I like the sound of the made-up word better than the actual word in that context, so I suppose I can't really complain about other people doing it though.

The grand exception to this is "priestess". I will get irritated at the use of "priestess" as a verb just about every time. Possibly this is because not only is it verbing the noun, but it's also verbing a non-standard form of the noun, being a gender-specific word. It bothers me.
