1. Assume you've got a holodeck or something similarly insulated from Reality. If you could hook up two people -- one from your past and one from your present -- just to see what would happen, who would they be?
I think... Historical Gossip Enthusiast and High School Teacher Mr. Little (whose wife firmly forbid me to call him Mark) and fionnabhar. Not "hook up" in a romantic/sexual way, but just on a shared-interests sort of level. I think they'd have a lot to talk about, and much of it would be fricking hilarious.

If you're talking about for sexual purposes, though, wildnsquirrelly (nominally from my past) and triadruid. Not that they would, but, um. Seriously.

2. Under what circumstances could you be persuaded to move to Canada? (This question brought to you by the Dwarven Separatist Movement.)
I would move to Canada if kittenpants and triadruid would go with me. I mean, if you're on about what changes in the political system would convince you that expat is the way to go, I'm really at that point *now*. But I couldn't even think about going without them. It would be good if the rest of you would come along, too. Of course, they won't take me in Canada. They're full up on queer redheaded witches.

3. Will you please make me some more white trash teacakes? Very, very soon?
Sure. I've got some Cool Whip in my freezer right this very moment. What flavor do you want?

4. If you had unlimited resources for traveling, which places (or times) would be highest on your list? No, you can't stay there.
If by "unlimited resources" you also imply time travel (which seems to be what you're implying...), the top of the list might look something like this:
- Victorian London (it's a sort of bizarre affectation)
- 1960's San Francisco
- New Orleans, last year
- Australia, Sydney Olympics (the television coverage of the opening ceremonies blew monkeys).

5. If you could costume the local crew for the next DragonCon, as what characters would you dress us? Pick as many genres as you need for maximum amusement of yourself. I hear there are multiple days and themes, but I'm asking specifically about parade day. Assume unlimited support from your Corps of Engineers.
Ummm... let's see. For parading, I'm thinking we'd all sort of do the same theme. And it'd have to be a big theme, since there are a lot of us. I'm thinking Saturday Morning Cartoons.
