Any time now, my brain can shut off and let me go to sleep. Please?

This has got to stop. Love of Lugh (or anybody - I'm not in any position to be picky at this point), this has got to stop. It's been over a week now since I wasn't awake at this godsforsaken hour of the morning. I'm *tired*.

I really understand this problem. For me, it's connected to the ADD. My brain is just rolling with so many ideas that I can't find time to relax my brain so I can sleep.

Seriously. I think I over-slacked. Not enough output of ideas leads to brain-flood. I'm trying to focus a little more outward these days, and sleeping much better.
