Snuffleupagus is a mammoth. Not an anteater.
Some other things I discovered about Snuffleupagus in the course of my research:
- He's a Leo
- He has a grandmother, who lives in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Snuffleupagus is Big Bird's imaginary friend. They made him real and that is lame. Just my opinion though. ;)
