Future Flauntage

kcwitch was telling me the other day (yesterday? the day before?) that I needed to do a pirate flaunt for my birthday party this year... But if we're going to do pirates again, it will probably be in September. I didn't want to give up the flaunt idea though, so I took it home to kittenpants, and lo, I asked her, "What should the theme be for my birthday flaunt?" And verily, she answered without hesitation: "Festival of Eyeliner". And thus it was decreed that on or around my birthday, there should be a flaunt in which costumery shall be free-formed, so long as it included copious amounts of eyeliner, and that the flaunters could be goths, pirates, drag queens, men of Khand, or whatever else should be agreeable to them. And it was a good plan.
