Yuck post

This has been mostly a week about blah so far. I had some involuntary fasting from Sunday night to Tuesday night - I couldn't bring myself to eat anything, and generally felt like someone had kicked me in the stomach. Which was no fun. Then, last night, I decided to end this phase by going out to eat with Carey, so that I might force myself to ingest something. This was a good plan, and indeed, I did manage to eat. Unfortunately, the chosen meal was hot wings and beer. So yeah, I'm sick as hell today.
Lessons were learned.
