Agamemnon is starting to look not so bad. I suspect it will look good by the time the curtain goes up (figuratively speaking, since, you know, it's in the ampitheater and all).

I'm sure we could make your job *a lot* easier if the chorus members would stop running off, being replaced, changing gender, etc., but I think one has to accept a certain amount of instability in everything. I'm sure the costumes will be lovely :)

LOL, changing gender... yeah, that was an interesting one. Luckily we made the togas to cover the men quite well, so no 'girl parts' will be in danger of dropping out.

And then the girls got difficult... demanding footwear. That will quickly run up costuming costs. But at least the breastplate requirements dropped. I think I'm still going to do the quilted vinyl brestplate idea for the boys though... I had some neat ideas, I just wasn't looking forward to having to do anything major in just two weeks. ;-)

Hey, if it'll help costs, I'm all in favor of doing it Oh! CALCUTTA!-style. Might do wonders for attendence. OK, I wouldn't invite Mom, but ...

Just as long as that's a cast-only sort of direction... Crew should, as always, be exempt from costuming decisions. :)

i feel like it's going to be kewl. although we did have a few times where we where like, ugh! where are we and we moved a ton of times off cue. i think the dancer part is super kewlness. had fun at lunch yesteday. :)
