Ugh, thanks... now I have images of speculums floating in my head.
First step is getting the front to spin in the back. once you have that, then it is just the 40 pounds of pressure required to get that back off the first time. And of course there is no easy way to apply 40 pounds to a little bitty stud with enough control to keep it from yanking the crap out of you (and your freshly pierced flesh)when the back finally does give.
Starter earrings are in serious need of some re-engineering. ;-)
