In a probably futile effort to offset some of the recent unexpected costs in life, I'm going to try and actually sell some jewelry. Currently I have photos of a couple of saleable pieces on my DeviantArt account. I imagine there will be more there (and here) later today, as I finally get off my bum and post them.

Also, I do custom beadwork, if anyone is interested in that sort of thing. Drop me a note if you're interested in any of that stuff, eh?

So perhaps something of the prayer bead nature, not to wear so much but to carry. Think my blessingway ritual will be on the 21st - details to follow soon. Would be awsome to have something sturdy to grasp whilst encouraging little Liam into this world.

Can totally do that. Something grounding? I've got some lurvely mahogany obsidian that I think would be appropriate. Unless you want something really really chunky, then would do a mixed stone style. Hrm.

Some obsidian would be good - though perhaps more as an accent rather than a major element. Obsidian in large quantities is very disquieting to me. ... perhaps some wooden beads...and...carnelian comes to mind (?) Actually those three seem right to me... very Brigid.
